Welcome to Youthtown Taupō!

Previously based at Mountview we have relocated to our Youthtown Taupō venue while the school undergoes renovations. At this site we run Holiday & After School Programmes.

From the first time you enter our Youthtown programme, you’ll be warmly greeted by our team and treated as part of our Youthtown whānau.

Youthtown is a NZ not-for profit that has been supporting children and young people with a range or programmes for over 90 years. Our programmes work with young people, in fun and engaging ways, to build life skills, foster a love of lifelong of physical activity, movement and play; and respond to the needs of young people in communities across Aotearoa.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME

3pm - 6pm

From $24 per day

Schools we pick up from: 

  • Tauhara Primary

  • Mountview School


Our afternoons include:

  • Fun activities every day - we have themes each week and special focus days.
  • Afternoon tea
  • Time to do homework, with homework help 
  • An opportunity to have fun, or have some quieter time after the busy school day

HOLIDAY PROGRAMME

From $46 per day. 

Short Day: 8am - 3:30pm

Full Day: 8am - 5:30pm

Ages 5-13

Please make sure to bring a packed lunch, drink bottle and suitable clothing and shoes for the day we have planned. 

On day trips we aim to leave by 9am so please make sure you are onsite by then.
