Credits and Refunds

We want to make this part easy for everyone  :

Anyone that booked, but did not attend on Monday the 23rd of March, will have their booking automatically cancelled and credited to their account.

All bookings during school site closures for the rest of term and school holidays will be automatically cancelled and credited to your account.

We can adjust your term 2 bookings automatically in the same way, once we know the dates that school sites re-open. 

No cancellation fees will apply.

 

If you have already paid and would like a REFUND rather than a credit for future use, please provide a bank account number for us to process a refund to as we do not hold these on our system.

On your email to accounts@youthtown.org.nz, please provide the site that you attend and your child(ren)s name to help us identify you. If you paid by credit card we will still refund to a bank account as for the safety of your details you should not email them. We will process these refunds as quickly as we can given the circumstances.

 

We encourage you to stay in touch during the lock-down period with your children, as we are working out ways we can support you on-line and ‘virtually’.
